We will review your information and attempt to contact the nonprofit organization as soon as we receive
it your request for submission.
Please note that while we will take the initiative to contact the organization on your behalf, it is entirely up to each
organization to decide to participate in the MyCharityBenefits program or not.
Should the organization choose to participate, they will be entered into our list of Charities, and will then
begin to receive 20% of the monthly membership fees from all AmeriPlan members who have designated them
as their favorite charity.
